Physical appearance:
Full name: Victor "Vic" Stone
Play by: Shini
Alias: Cyborg
Canon or original: Canon
Alignment: Hero
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Powers/Abilities:
Cybernetic Physiology: After barely surviving a horrible car accident Silas Stone, his father and scientist at STAR Labs, merged what was left of Vic with cybernetics and an Apokoliptian Mother Box; thus bestowing upon his son a variety of superhuman abilities.
-Super Strength: Vic's armored cybernetic body grants him considerable superhuman strength. While the upper limits are not quite known, Cyborg has been able to stop and knock back a flying tank mid-air, smash right through the Nightcrawler's roof, as well as catch and hurl Aquaman 30 feet through the air.
-Super Stamina: As most of his body is of a highly advanced technology there is no need for Cyborg to rest, his body does not experience fatigue; though the physical tech may have its limits.
-Super Durability: Cyborg's cybernetic body is composed of an extremely durable sort of metal, capable of withstanding immense blunt force trauma, extreme altitudes and temperatures.
-Self-Repair: Vic Stone, due to the Mother Box technology, is capable of repairing his biomechatronic and regenerating his organic parts in the event that they become damaged. At times upgrading them in the process.
Technopathy: Due to being a sort of sentient machinery, Cyborg is able to connect and interface seamlessly with anything technological and mechanical.
-Constant Internet Access: Cyborg's technopathy keeps him constantly plugged into the Internet, taking in vast amounts of data at all times.
-Holographic Projection: Cyborg can make holographic projections of the data or images that he discovers on the Internet, as well as practically anything else he can imagine.
Shape-Shifting: Victor can rapidly remold and reshape parts of his body into various weapons and technological equipment by will.
Face Armor: Vic can cover up the exposed organic portion of his face with durable layer of biomechatronic shielding.
Plasma Canon: Cyborg can swiftly alter the shape of his left arm into a canon, which generates powerful concussive blasts of blue-hot plasma. These blasts are powerful and hot enough to instantly disintegrate a huge piece of falling debris mid-air.
Flight: Cyborg can achieve sustained flight, via thrusters located along his body.
Boom Tube Generation: Essentially being a living Motherbox, Cyborg can generate the portal technology of Apokolips known as Boom tubes.
Sensory Systems: Cyborg has optic, thermal and motion sensors he can switch on.
-Enhanced Hearing
-Enhanced Vision
-Tracking/Homing Systems
-Physiological/Medical Scanners
Expert Athlete: Victor Stone had originally been a highly skilled college athlete and football star before his car accident.
Genius-level Intellect: Victor Stone, due to his cybernetic mind absorbing vast amounts of data (from being constantly plugged into the Internet), is extremely intelligent. He knows and/or can learn literally everything.
Weakness:
Half-man Half-machine: Cyborg's greatest weakness is retaining his humanity and not completely losing himself to his cybernetic side.
Organic Body Parts: The parts of him that have not been converted to cybernetics, namely half of his face, are exposed and vulnerable to damage.
Insecurity: Vic never wanted to be "Cyborg", his transformation into the half-machine man he is was done against his will and has left him feeling less than whole, as well as like a freak of nature.
Personality:
After his accident Cyborg has become a bit more rigid and reserved. He's taken on a serious demeanor, almost losing his humorous side altogether. When he does find the comedy in things he can come off rather blunt and somewhat sardonic. However Cyborg is a brave soul and remains a team player, willing to risk his all to protect those around him.

Brief history: Victor Stone grew up in Gotham City to parents, and scientists, Silas and Elinore Stone both who worked for S.T.A.R. Labs. Victor's mother died while he was still young, and with her gone his father threw himself deeper into his works at STAR Labs, often finding little time for his growing son. Victor found solace in sports, namely football which he was phenomenally good at. He played a number of positions through his years in high school but absolutely flourished as quarterback which would lead to a chance at a scholarship to Gotham University. Victor Stone was something of a big deal in the sports world, many were looking for him to go pro soon - sadly this wave of good fortune would soon be interrupted and dashed by a near fatal car accident.
Having nearly lost his son like he had already lost his mother, Silas took a comatose and gravely injured Victor to his lab at STAR. He tried a number of methods to reattach or otherwise give new limbs to his son, nothing seemed to work. When the practical failed him, Silas resorted to methods more extreme. A top secret government object held in STAR Labs aided the Professor in bringing his son back, little did he know this object was of non-terrestrial origin, and acted as a sort of beacon to things darker than he ever could have known.
Use of the object, an Apokoliptian Mother box, Vic Stone was converted into a combination of cybernetics and organics; a Cyborg. When the owners of the Mother boxes came to Earth to invade and enslave, Vic knew it was up to him to prove his humanity and help the others in the Justice League save the world.
Roleplay Sample:
To Vic it felt weird to be soaring through the clouds accompanied by the dull roar of his thrusters as he looked down on the scenery below. He wasn't used to "patrols", this made him feel too much like a spy; watching others while they have no real idea that a metal man was hovering over their heads keeping an ever vigilant eye over all they did. He wasn't there to be a simple voyeur though, he was there to serve and protect - someone had to, right?
He operated out of the city of Detroit now. Though born and raised in Gotham, and all the love he had for the place, by this point the seedy alleys were pretty congested with costumed heroes. Small beads of snow drifted from the heavens, they looked mesmerizing to Cyborg especially at the angle at which he saw them, but he tried to spare no focus on his inability to feel a single flake. The metal of his body gleamed in the sunlight as his course changled slightly, the buzzing in his head that was dedicated to picking up emergency signals beckoned him to a new locale. He arrived at the scene of a strip mall, a number of police vehicles were pulling up to the scene, uniformed cops quickly disembarking from their vehicles but none moved much further. A congregation of officers opened up a hole as the biomechatronic member of the Justice League descended upon their ranks.
Vic didn't ask for any intel, he'd already received the situation and been caught up to speed by cracking through their scanners. An active shooter. Vic sighed with building annoyance, "You men keep back. Keep those civilians from straying too close as well." He knew it wasn't necessary to tell them what their training had already taught, but he felt the need to dish a reminder while they all stood gawking at him. Cyborg moved between two of the black and white vehicles, his red glowing eye locked on the doors of the store the shooter had last gone into.
Cyborg lifted a hand in the strip's direction and his silver fingers melded together, the metal reworking and shaping itself to a new form, something reminiscent of a satellite dish. This however was no dish. Through the flared out shape Cyborg was able to alter and amplify sound waves before him. The excited waves punched the air and exploded all the glass that was in the doors and windows of the stores laid before him. Not even a second later a man came barreling out of the store, but he wasn't alone. He was accompanied by a rifle, and a hostage pulled close to him.
"Now wait a damn minute! I ain't scared of no cops or none of you so-called heroes neither! All I want -"
BOOM
The sound responsible for its naming signaled the opening of an interdimensional Boom tube beside the shooter. The force of space being torn asunder nearly knocked the gunman off his feet, but he refused to lose balance. Just then a metallic hand pushed forward and yanked the hostage into the vortex of the Boom tube. Through the portal's twin that resided in front of Cyborg, he pulled out the hostage, another loud BOOM of displaced air and space denoted the snuffing of the Boom tube. With no immediate prey within the shooter's reach Cyborg fired a blast from his newly formed canon. He kept in mind that this was just an angry, and disturbed, human thus his canon fire wasn't measured to be too powerful; just strong enough to shoved the man back-first into a brick column and knock him out.
